Trusted and endorsed translations
We’re a long-standing corporate member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) and as such our translation work is endorsed. Our operations are ISO 9001: 2008 certified in recognition of our quality standards, and all our of translators undertake a comprehensive assessment, qualification and reference checks before we allow them to join our translator community.
Meaning you’ll receive a highly accurate translation of your original document, that has passed all of our internal quality checks.
How does it work?
We’ll ask you to submit your documents online, and from there we’ll be able to provide a quote so you understand how much the work will cost. We’ll also let you know the expected timescale for returning the completed translation back to you – which is typically 1-3 working days after you confirm you’d like to go ahead. A deposit or full payment will be required up front in order to complete the translation work.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to take documents from you in person at our administration office – all documents will need to be sent online, either by email or through the quote request form on our website.
If required, we can arrange for printed versions of the translated documents to be sent out to you in the post – but please allow extra time for delivery.
