Eldon Bureau rebrands to NRL Language Solutions

Just over a year after first acquiring translation and interpreting business Eldon Bureau, the NRL Group have announced a rebrand. The Gosforth-based business, on the outskirts of Newcastle city centre, will now be known as NRL Language Solutions.

The history of language expertise within the business dates back to 1965, having supported hundreds of public and private sector businesses with translation and interpreting services across a wide range of sectors including legal, business and education. The acquisition by technical and engineering specialists the NRL Group in February 2022, provided new synergies to support their impressive client list of global engineering companies – helping the language business to expand its sector capability.

In line with this move, and a continued focus across the NRL Group on driving efficiencies and improvements to client services, the newly named NRL Language Solutions team will now share the same brand and name.

The move includes investment in a new website that ensures it best represents the wide range of language services the Gosforth team provide, including a live chat feature to allow website visitors to speak directly to the people who’ll be managing their requests.

This focus on the team during the rebrand, has been crucial for NRL’s Regional Director Emma Lowden, who’s tasked with overseeing the Language Solutions business.

“What makes clients return to work with our languages team time and time again is the great service they provide, so it was important that we brought them to life on the new website. Whether that’s seeing their picture or initiating a conversation with them through the live chat – they have a great deal of knowledge and experience and always go above and beyond for clients looking for translation and interpreting support, so the site had to include them. It’s rewarding to be able to share the NRL brand with our valued clients and community of talented linguists, and we look forward to continuing these important relationships under our new name.”
